Order Processing
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 7 business days of purchase. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and product.
